1: B2B – Business Development Specialist-Remote

Target Market – B2B North America

Campaign – Cold Calls, Email Marketing,Research

Salary range – PKR 70,000 to PKR 90,000 (Non-Negotiable)

Experience: (6 Months to 2 Years) of B2B experience of international market

Degree – BBA / MBA graduates or equivalent business degree

Location – 100% Work from home (Full time)

Time – 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM (PKT)

Required – You must have your own laptop / computer with HIGH-SPEED internet with high quality audio / video and a QUIET room

to sit and work for 8 hours every day. 5 days working a week. Canadian Pacific Time Zone for working hours.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge on North American Market
  • Planning Go-to-market strategy
  • Doing in-depth research using Websites, Google, LinkedIn, and other Social Media sources to identify details

of associated accounts/customers

  1. Lead generation
  2. Cold Calling & Email Marketing
  3. Drafting email & call SDR’s
  4. Setting up meetings for Field Business Development colleagues
  5. Writing Minutes of Meetings / Calls Reports based on inputs from BD team.
  6. Ensuring timely and accurate entry into CRM and other templates provided. Excel Knowledge is mandatory
  7. Prepare proposals.
  8. Collaborate with our existing teams to assist in completing assigned tasks with the intent of sharing the

workload.

  • Prepare work progress reports (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly Reports)
  • Presentations to clients
  • Using basic tools such as Canva to design posts for client’s social media.

Preferred Skills:

  • Excellent Technical Skills (i.e., Computer proficiency in Microsoft, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access, & MS

Office Suite)

  1. Excellent English communication and presentation skills (written and oral)
  2. Excellent Research Skills
  3. Experience in B2B Cold Calling to International Market (USA / Canada Preferred)
  4. Experience in ZoomInfo, Mail shake, LinkedIn Extensions or other similar tools
  5. Knowledge based on AI prompts
  6. Strong work ethic along with a professional, proactive demeanor

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • We are looking for Amazon Account Specialists with more than 3 years of experience in Amazon, eCommerce, Project Management, or any related field. The ideal candidate is someone that has extensive experience in leading and managing projects and teams. Can simultaneously stay on top of Amazon’s marketing trends, & has experience with creating and optimizing listings. Possesses a unique blend of keen business knowledge and solid technical skills.
  • Efficiently manage backend tasks for a portfolio of up to 15 accounts on Amazon, demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Collaborate closely with Brand Strategists to implement effective strategies and ensure seamless execution.
  • Assist in the development and execution of backend strategies to optimize product listings, enhance discoverability, and drive sales.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients via email, addressing their inquiries, providing updates, and managing expectations.
  • Take ownership of assigned responsibilities, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and task completion.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, identifying trends and recommending appropriate adjustments to improve account performance.
  • Stay updated with Amazon’s policies, guidelines, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize account potential.
  • Leverage knowledge of Amazon and Walmart ecosystems to drive growth and deliver exceptional results for clients.
  • Utilize tools such as Helium 10 and Jungle Scout to gather insights, conduct keyword research, and optimize listings effectively (knowledge of these tools is a plus).
  • Contribute to team meetings and discussions, sharing insights, challenges, and opportunities to foster a collaborative environment.

Am I qualified for the position?

  2. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  3. 1-3 years of hands-on experience working with Amazon and/or Walmart marketplace management, ideally in a backend or account management capacity.
  4. Strong understanding of e-commerce, online marketplace dynamics, and digital marketing principles.
  5. Proficiency in using Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar tools for product research and optimization (a plus).
  6. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in client communication via email.
  8. Proficiency in MS Office.
  9. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines consistently.
  10. Proven ability to work effectively in a remote setting and willingness to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
  11. Commitment to abide by our time tracking system to accurately record and report work hours.
  12. Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

What’s the pay?

It depends on your experience, however, the range for this position is between $700 – $800 USD per month.
