1: IT Support Executive
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Executive with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in handling day-to-day IT issues. The candidate should be familiar with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related problems, and should be able to support users in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and standard applications (Windows, MS Office, etc.).
- Must be familiar with Zoom, Teams and Google Meet
- Support basic network issues including connectivity, Wi-Fi, LAN, and VPN troubleshooting.
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation of incidents and resolutions.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and support.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking, and troubleshooting tools.

2: IT Assistant
To provide support in computer systems, projectors, laptops, devices, and IT infrastructure
to ensure its seamless functionality.
To perform monthly cleaning and maintenance of PC and other equipment related to IT and
update log sheets.
To be responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting PCs and related hardware
devices, approved software, operating systems, etc.
To maintain IT inventory with proper asset code on physical equipment and database.
- To oversee all IT operational activities, including coordination with the ERP team, campuses,
and departments to ensure a seamless IT task. - To coordinate with campuses, departments, and the ERP team to implement each module in
the School Management System. - To develop and maintain comprehensive IT reports and documentation for ERP and other IT
projects. - To assist in procuring IT assets per requirement, budget, approval, and purchase order.
- To set up peripherals such as printers or routers, repair equipment, and provide daily
support for computer network users. - To be responsible for user account creation and CAIE-associated tasks.
To identify and solve any problems that arise with computer networks and systems.
To assist in online meetings and conferences.
To be responsible for managing credentials in Google Workspace, School Management
System, and other cloud services.
- Knowledge and Skills Requirement
- Good knowledge of inventory management.
- Proven experience in providing IT Support and coordination
- Knowledge about TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, FTP, Network Protocols, Active Directory, and NMS
- Hands-on experience in networking, firewalls, server machines, windows/Linux,
- Respond to faculty inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges
Ability to configure network, switches, firewalls, VLANs, and wireless access points
Hands-on Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365, and other cloud services
Familiarity with backup recovery software and methodologies
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and systems
Experience
At least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
Educational Qualification
Preferably Bachelor in IT or Computer Science.
Minimum Intermediate and Diploma in Information Technology.
3: IT Support Internship
We are looking for a motivated IT Support Intern to join our IT team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware/software issues, assisting end-users, and supporting IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of IT systems and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues for employees.
- Provide technical support via email, phone, or in-person.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems and software.
- Help maintain IT inventory, including tracking hardware and software assets.
- Support the setup of workstations, printers, and other IT equipment.
