1: Quality Control Officer
- Conduct regular inspections of received products at packing section according to the drawing file to verify compliance with IWM quality standards.
- 2. Monitor packing processes & protocols as per packing drawing/list and to ensure adherence to established procedures and specifications.
- 3. Issuance of NCR (Non-Compliance report) against deviations/non-Compliances and ensure closure of NCRs with corrective & preventive actions against root cause.
- 4. Work closely with the packing team to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- 5. Approve finished products by confirming compliances against specifications and reject items or parts having non-conformity or component shortage and send non conformed products for re-work; to get the required quality.
- 6. Feedback and preventive action against customer complaints and QA observations to avoid any issue/Complaint again in future.
- 7. Evaluate problems and make initial recommendations for possible corrective action and preventives measures.
- 8. Accurately document the results of the inspections and will maintain all controlled\daily document files along with the snaps and inspection records in a timely and accurate manner.

Job Responsibilties:
- Responsible for the timely & competitive procurement of medicines & surgical disposable
- Responsible to assist the Manager Purchase for smooth functioning of the department
- Responsible for price checking with reference to price approval
- Responsible to liaison between purchase staff and management
- Responsible to maintenance of purchase section record
- Responsible to collect quotations from supplier/manufacturer
- Responsible to prepare comparative statements
- Responsible to prepare purchase orders of the approved quantities at approved rates & follow-ups after issue of P.Os
- Responsible to supervise purchase department in absence / leave of Manager Purchase
- Responsible to review and development of SOPs of Purchase Department
- Responsible to submit an execution report of all pending and running projects on regular basis to Chairman Purchase Committee
- Responsible to develop a short term and long term plan of the department
