1: RCM Director
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented RCM Director to oversee and manage the complete billing operations for US Healthcare remotely. This role will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all billing activities, including credentialing, benefits checks, and accounts receivables. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of reducing billing errors to near-zero levels, managing all Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statements, and maintaining compliance with US healthcare billing regulations and payer requirements. The Billing Manager will collaborate with Executive and Operations Management to implement streamlined processes, train staff, and deliver comprehensive billing reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Billing Department: Lead and manage the billing department, providing direction, support, and professional development to billing staff and consultants.
- Staff Management & Development: Train, mentor, and evaluate the billing team to maintain a high level of accuracy, compliance, and performance in line with US healthcare standards.
- Credentialing & Insurance Verification: Oversee and ensure proper credentialing and benefits checks for all providers within the US healthcare system.
- Accounts Receivables Management: Manage accounts receivables to minimize outstanding balances and implement effective collection strategies.
- Billing Error Minimization: Implement and monitor processes to achieve minimal billing errors, targeting a 0% error rate across all US healthcare billing activities.
- EOB Management: Review, manage, and resolve all Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statements, ensuring accurate reconciliation and timely follow-up.
- US Healthcare Compliance & Auditing: Conduct regular audits of billing processes to ensure compliance with US federal, state, and payer regulations.
- Billing Processes & Workflow Optimization: Develop and implement efficient billing processes and policies to streamline operations, increase revenue, and ensure compliance.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Executive and Operations Management to align billing strategies with organizational goals and ensure smooth operations.
- Reporting & Data Analysis: Prepare, analyze, and present detailed billing reports, identifying trends and providing actionable recommendations for process improvements.
- Billing Submission & Reconciliation: Oversee the timely submission, reconciliation, and resolution of all billing actions in accordance with US healthcare billing standards.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve complex billing issues, working collaboratively with payers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 9 years of experience in medical billing management within US Healthcare, including credentialing, insurance verification, and accounts receivable.
- Proven track record in managing a billing team with a strong focus on error reduction and EOB management.
- In-depth knowledge of US healthcare billing regulations, payer requirements, and industry best practices.
- Strong proficiency in US healthcare billing software and practice management systems.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Analyze clearing house, ERA and EOB rejections and providing viable solutions where possible.
- Coordinate with respective AR team leads for effective practice management.
- Correction of assigned errors in TD.
- Thorough verification of EDI files and coordination with NY office on paper claims printing in case of any issue.
- Perform job roles in compliance with IS Policies and Procedures and acceptable usage of asset and services guidelines.
- Regulatory, contractual and IS Policy violations are reported immediately to supervisors or appropriate authorities for rectification and disciplinary actions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Above
- 1 to 3 years of experience in US Medical Billing
- Good understanding of full life cycle revenue cycle management.
- Ability to effectively initiate and manage multi-disciplined projects. Up-to-date knowledge of reimbursement regulations and compliance issues of third-party payers (Insurance companies).
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Capable of managing accounts receivable with multiple third-party managed care contracts.
- Strong professional demeanor with the inherent quality to rapidly establish credibility and rapport with clinicians, managers, customers and external groups.
- Ability to identify opportunities and solutions for process improvement along with the skills of planning and implementation of these solutions.
